Refunds: All products are made-to-order and bespoke; hence, refunds/returns are not accepted.
Exchange Policy: One-Time Size Exchange: Eligible for standard or custom sizes with fitting issues. Write to design.eeshagupta@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt, mentioning your order number and desired size. Ship the outfit within 3 days of receipt and share the tracking details. Shipping costs to us are borne by the customer. International Orders: Shipping costs for both sending and receiving the exchanged outfit are customer’s responsibility. Return Policy: Wrong Articles: Notify us at design.eeshagupta@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt. Ship back within 3 days, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
